A triplex residence built on a very narrow plot in a populous urban area. Being a site with exceptionally narrow frontage, the design was pretty challenging in terms of space planning and form building. The house comprises of a large hall at ground floor with an indoor wall fountain. The upper floors are housing the bed rooms and related living spaces. Large balconies are proposed in both the upper floors, overlooking the road. A cozy semi open patio is created at the roof terrace along with a projected ‘U’ shaped balcony. The overall form of the building is conceptualized a sleek and tall unit having large horizontal plates in the form of balconies. It reflects the true urban nature of a modern day residence.
