A small duplex residence. The house is designed on a tiny plot creating separate spaces for two families in two floors. The façade is predominantly treated with classical features like decorative cornices, cylindrical column, structural glazing in the form of bay window etc. The balcony is crowned by a glass raining with intricate design in frosted glass. The wall and ceiling of the balcony is cladded with cement fibre planks to create a seamless effect. The building is well-known in the vicinity for its cosy and charming look.
