A boutique residence built on a big plot with large landscaped areas and gardens. The Building form is evolved around a spiral staircase located at the centre of the building. The curved wall of the staircase is exposed outside and further extended above roof, to make it a prominent building feature. The building is three dimensional in true sense, having the rooms axially projected out from the circular staircase core. Semi covered venradahs are proposed, along with pergola, to create a beautiful blend of light and shadow along the exterior walls.
