This is a house of an IT professional, proposed on a 4 katah plot. Every single space of this house is meticulously designed to get maximum utilization of resources. An adequately big part of land is kept reserved for gardening in front.  A narrow, yet lengthy balcony with glass railing at first floor level overlooks the garden area. The staircase block, having continuous glass strip on face, is used as a prominent vertical mass to accentuate the form. A duotone colour scheme with a few highlighting shades complements the minimalistic and modern form.
