This is a three storied boutique residence planned on a big corner plot. The planning of the building has been in compliance with Vastu norms. The house includes large double height (atrium) living area with open staircase and indoor wall fountain, a prayer room overlooking the atrium, a cosy den area, a Gym cum hobby room  with terrace garden along with all other living spaces. The form of the building is guided by the large overhanging slabs at different floor levels. The corner area at first floor is housing a mighty balcony with a huge ceiling plate, which acts as the most enthralling focal point.  The entire building form is fragmented into number of elements to make it truly interactive from every angle. The play of mass, material and glass facades brings about the desired appeal to this piece of art.
