As the name says, the building formed an L shape following the profile of its site. The ground floor houses a large double height ( atrium ) living room, having exposed staircase along with separate dining space , Kitchen, washroom etc. The Bed rooms are located on the first floor with wide balconies. The road side face of the building is having a full length balcony overlooking the patio at ground floor. The corner wall is projected out, taken up to the roof level and finally folded to form the big roof canopy with circular cut outs. With smart and minimalistic design approach an unique version of modern version is created.
