Residence of a school teacher. The owner wanted his house to be a reflection of his taste. Apart from regular living spaces this house comprises of small breakout areas like a special terrace with pergola, at the north-west corner. The form of the building is grossly formed by two main masses having different heights with the help of a mezzanine floor, above garage. The wider mass is scooped out in the middle, to create a large recessed surface, which is treated with a special type of textured exterior tiles. Both the ground floor and first floor balconies are placed one above the other in this recessed part of facade, to create a focal point. The front part of the house is being adorned by a nice landscaped garden.
