A house for a young artist couple. The house comprises of workshop, office and studio areas in the ground floor and living spaces in the upper floor. Being a corner plot, the first floor balcony is proposed at the corner with extended arms on both road facing sides. Wide cantilever slabs are proposed in two levels above the balcony, with integrated pergolas. The entire façade is designed with vertical wall plates of different height, thickness, shades and the fenestration are carefully camouflaged within.  The minimalistic, yet elegant form of the building speaks about the taste of an young and extremely creative designer couple.
